- Indepth Health Assessment – £120.00
Once you have booked your appointment, you will be sent a welcome email including a comprehensive questionnaire and a 3-day diet diary. You can email these back by the day before together with any additional information you may have such as hospital correspondence or blood test results.
Your initial appointment can last up to 1 hour and gives us an opportunity to explore your symptoms and also the reasons why you need support. One condition can be caused by many causes and one cause can result in many conditions.
- Follow Up – £80.00
This 45-minute appointment is for my current clients who are not on a package and wish to book separately. They are to discuss lab test results and the next steps. An initial appointment with full health history is required before booking a follow-up.
